We read the existing articles and resource pages that cover your organization and flag what has aged or gone wrong: superseded figures, broken references, factual errors, and missing context.

We confirm the current facts against primary and authoritative sources and document each one, so every suggestion arrives ready for an editor to check in minutes.

Correction & update suggestions
For each issue we prepare a clear, specific note: what is inaccurate or outdated, what the current fact is, and exactly where it can be verified.

Respectful publisher outreach
We contact publishers courteously and on the record, in partnership with the organizations involved. We suggest the correction; the editor decides what to do with it.
What an engagement looks like
Measured, documented, and easy for an editor to act on.
A typical piece of work is small and specific. We identify a genuine problem on a real page, verify the current fact, and send the publisher a short, sourced suggestion. If they act on it, the record is more accurate. If they do not, nothing is lost and no one has been pressured.
We pace the work deliberately. Accuracy is not a volume exercise, and the trust of the editors we work with is the thing that makes this service worth anything.
